No Refunds. All Sales Final. Exception for manufacture defects only.

Tiger’s Eye Body Jewelry LLC only accepts returns For Manufacture Defects.

§  Returned items must be in original packaging

§  Returned items must be unused / unworn

§  Return request must be received within 30 days of order date*

Tiger’s Eye Return Policy regarding Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a broken or defective item, please email Customer Service at tigerseyebodyjewelry@gmail.com (Monday - Friday 8am -4pm EST) with the following information:

Your First and Last Name, Order Number, Item to return and a short description why item is being returned

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as major Holidays.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please send the item using USPS Ground Advantage in a Bubble Envelope to:

I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you if your item has been approved. You will have the choice of either a refund or a replacement/repair. This process takes 3 to 5 days.

Return Policy on Custom and Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized jewelry is made to order with specific customer requirements in mind, we are not able to process returns for any Custom or Personalized items. All sales are final on these items.
